We work with incentive houses, motivation agencies, event and conference planners, outbound travel agencies, tour operators and corporate group buyers arranging programs in Spain and Portugal.Which services can you coordinate?
We coordinate coaches, private transport, airport reception, local assistants, guides and multi-city programs for groups, FIT clients and corporate or incentive travel. Hotel arrangements, group dining, cultural experiences, attraction admissions and soccer match or event ticket requests can be reviewed as part of your brief. Availability, service roles and included arrangements are defined in your written proposal.Can you work from our itinerary?
Yes. Share your program, dates, guest profile and required services. We review the route, timings and local availability before preparing a proposal.How do chauffeur, guide and tour escort roles differ?
A chauffeur handles transport. A licensed local guide provides cultural commentary where required, while a tour escort supports the agreed program. Guide type, language, duties and hours are confirmed for each city and date.Does sending a brief confirm services?
No. Sending the brief starts a service review. Confirmation follows availability checks, acceptance of the proposal and conditions, and written confirmation.
